This consultation is going to be all about you - listening to your concerns in your own words, and listening to EVERYTHING that concerns you.

Follow up sessions are scheduled to review and assess progress of the Master Wellness plan. It is ideal to schedule follow up sessions every 3-4 weeks. They can be booked in multiples of 15 minutes.
